    Pro Bono Legal Services Contract

    This Pro Bono Legal Services Contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between the undersigned parties (“Parties”) in accordance with the laws of India pertaining to the provision of free legal aid.

    Section 1 Definitions
    1.1 “Legal Aid” refers to the provision of free legal services to individuals who are unable to afford legal representation.
    1.2 “Pro Bono Legal Services” refers to legal services provided by a lawyer or law firm voluntarily and without payment to individuals in need of legal assistance.
    Section 2 Provision Pro Bono Legal Services
    2.1 The Provider agrees to provide Pro Bono Legal Services to eligible individuals in accordance with the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and the rules and regulations enforced by the State Legal Services Authority of India.
    2.2 The Provider shall dedicate a reasonable amount of time and resources to the provision of Pro Bono Legal Services, and shall adhere to the professional standards and ethics applicable to legal practice in India.
    Section 3 Client Eligibility Screening
